Pooped out!

Today wasn't even as busy as it was going to be and I'm tuckered out! But it's a good kind of tired. First of all, the weather was gorgeous! I love waking to all the windows open and fresh, cool air..so it started off well. Then all of my little guys woke up in happy moods..That NEVER happens. So we all ate breakfast together and headed out the door. Jamie had slept in later than usual so after I dropped the big boys off he wasn't ready for his usual nap. We played and he ate, yes again...pigggg-o.

The b'day party was so sweet. This was the first party Cooper has been invited to by himself for one of his friends. He was a good little party goer. But the little girl didn't open her presents and he was dissapointed that he didn't get to see her open his Little Mermaid puzzle. But, in true Cooper fashion he did tell her what it was when we arrived (smile). And I did meet some nice girls there. A couple were way too hoity-toity for my tastes, but I am glad to even have met them. It's all about the networking baby! Gotta find me some friends and some acquaintences too. Jamie got a 15 minute nap when we got home before I had to get him up to go pick Aussie up. Then I put him back down for another 30 minutes before waking him again to go to the invention convention...poor sleepy baby. No surprise he was very ready to turn in tonight.

The invention convention was so great ! Some of those parents worked really hard (smile). No, really there were some really cool and creative inventions by kids, but some completely parent made displays and projects. It is killing me not having my camera for days like this.

I was supposed to have Volunteer training tonight, but it was cancelled so we got to eat dinner together since Chris was home nice and early. Right now Austen and Chris are dilligently working on a puzzle at the dining room table...they are the cutest sight...it's like looking at one person at different ages.

I know we have another busy day tomorrow so I need to settle in. Hasta La Vista Amigos!!!
