Sick, twisted, and so sleepy

Yes, that title describes my behavior for the last 12 hours. I got home from my last training last night and was pumped. I always feel so energized after that. And... I have my first apprentice shift coming up...soooo exciting! In a couple of weeks i'll be taking calls on my own...yikes! It has all got me so interested in the social services field, especially here in delaware. They really have some excellent resources in place for people in any kind of crisis or need in general.

Anyway, so I was all pumped on adrenaline and I sat at the computer and played the days shows that I watch with guilty pleasure. I had recorded them on t he DVR. As I was blog stalking and indulging in my shows, I cam eacross a medical blog that was fascinating to me. It is written by an ER doctor and he also has several interesting links to other blogs related to that field. All are written from the human perspective of someone working in the medical field. I was entranced by the stories and all. So I thought I would share.

Weird name, I know, but fun reading. I stayed up until almost 1am reading and linking. So if you like that kind of stuff, and Pat, and Jackie, and Mom, I know y'all do...enjoy and read up.

On a family note, I tried to take a quick video of my angels last night but am having trouble downloading. As soon as I do, and can delete it from the camera I will have that and some more pics to share. I've been trying to avoid cleaning today and I need to get busy so tonight I can reward myself with more computer time when i finish cleaning and fix a nutritious dinner for my guys and get them bathed and to bed. Y'all will hopefully get avideo or some pics of my crazy kiddoes then.

Oh- and, I had this thought as I was trying to fall asleep last night so I will just get it off my chest now. I am a grammar and spelling FREAK! When I blog I make LOTS of typos which sometimes come across as a spelling mistake. I allow myself to do this so I don't have to go back and read all my ranting. Let's face it, a lot of what I write is stream of consciousness type stuff. This si therapy for me sometimes. I have noticed repeatedly that I keep misspelling the word 'because'. when I type, for some reason it always comes out becsuase or something like that. Please forgive me if it drives you as crazy as it does me when people use 'then/than'and ' there/their' incorrectly or use 'anxious/eager' in the wrong way. Please know that I am So aware of my typos, but allow myself to have them in my blog and/or in your comments. Hope I am not stressing anyone (smile) XOXOXO I am a big dork
