Jamie- Pie, Pukey- Pie

Poor Jamie pie is sicko! Chris and I were going to go on a real date Sunday night and have the teenager a few houses down come stay with the boys, but Jamie started running a fever so we felt more comfortable staying home. Bummer, but we needed to be here. Then, yesterday he spiked a high fever and was throwing up. I called the Dr. and they said what I suspected, "probably a stomach bug- don't need to see him" So he only threw up once this morning and was miserable all day today. His fever is 101 on the Tylenol/Motrin rotation and 104 off of it. Yikes! So we are going to the dr. early tomorrow. I am willing to bet it is his ears. He is acting like he is in pain. He hardly slept last night and all day he wanted to be in my arms, crying and whining and looking pitiful all the while.

I was freaking out about the vomiting because Both Austen and Cooper had the Rotovirus when they were about Jamie's age and it dehydrated both of them. My friends and family know I am a freak about dehydration. So Jamie has already gone through 3 bottles of Pedialyte. But I really think the vomiting is a result of his fever and or pain. Coopie always reacts that way too. They get it from their Aunt Shauna. She is a puker too. (Love ya Shauna)

This week's VBS is great they are doing science projects with Austen's group so he is loving it! Cooper has had some trouble following directions so I've been working with him on that. He is such a mess (smile). Gotta love him, but some days it is easier than others. This week he has been trying our patience, I think because Jamie has been needing so much attention.
