Memories

I have been following the blog of an Arlington, Tx. family for the past few months, thanks to the link on Kelly's blog. They had quadruplets on Aug.1. They are such a neat couple and the sweet babies are doing really well. Visit their site and it will make you smile. It is thelifeofsuz.blogspot.com

Allof their pictures have brought back somany memories of when the Jamie Pie was in the NICU. All the fear and trepidation about whether he would continue breathing, the joy when he first nursed, took a bottle, got some machines/tubes removed. Wow! I can't believe he is now 17 months and a jumbo kid. I am watching him eat a pop tart in his high chair right now and he is grinning at me like he knows I am feeling sentimental about him. (smile).

I could kick myself for not saving the old posts frommy old blog that chronicled his pregnancy and birth. Hopefully this one can make upfor it over time.

I am including a few pics of my baby during his first few weeks to help y'all remember too. Enjoy!

Miracles do happen. We are so blessed in our family. First with you becoming a part of our family and then three very precious miracles you have so wonderfully shared with us. I am so amazed each time I look at (my boys), I thank God and a silent thanks to you and Chris. I remember standing beside Jamie in the hospital and finaly hearing him cry, and I cried with him. Our 3 special miracles!!!!!

Kaycee...he is such a blessing! That was a scary time...but he made quite an entrance into this world! Every single time he smiles at me, sleeps (or slept) on my chest, giggles at me or with me, just puts tears of joy in my eyes and reminds me how special every minute is! And how lucky we are! I can't wait to get up there and hug all the boys! I miss you guys!
