New Kitty

Here are a couple of pictures of our new kitty, who, by the way, is a boy. We were originally told that it was a girl and Chris named her Zoe...cute -eh? Well now his name is Godzilla...not so cute, but that's the way it is when you have a house full of boys. He is only 5 1/2 weeks old and absolutely precious. He loves the kids and even climbs all over Jamie and lets him pick him up. He and Valentine have become sweet friends.

Hope everyone is having a great week. We have been having lots of busy fun! The weather here has been beautiful. I love having the windows open and the cool evenings. Chris is in full blown footballseason and we haven't seen toomuch of him this past coupleof weeks. But we knew going into it that he would be really busy during football season. He is always home for the important things. Tomorrow night is the parents night/meeting at Austen's school and no kids. I offered to get a sitter so he could work and I would go, but he wants to go since I already met the teacher and all. Such a great daddy!! I love that it is just automatic for him to be 100 percent involved with the boys. I don't have to suggest or encourage it. He is definittely the epitome of a 'hands on' dad. (and a kick ass hubby to boot):-)
